Refunds

Webdigia believes in customer satisfaction above all else.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your current products or services, please contact us immediately.  We will exhaust every option in our power to make things right and clarify any misunderstandings or concerns that you may have.  If you are still unsatisfied you may request a refund; however Webdigia reserves the right whether or not to honor that request based on the surrounding circumstances and work that has been completed in your favor.   Additionally, Webdigia also reserves the right whether or not to honor a refund that has passed our 30 day money back guarantee that is attached to our monthly plans.  The 30 day period begins on the day that you accept our proposal and/or services to be rendered.
